What Will You Design?

Did you know that only 10% of the world owns resources like clean water and safe housing? Design for the other 90% by the Smithsonian is a fabulous book with tons of cool pictures from all over the world showing how new designs and inventions are changing these people's lives; making them healthier and safer. You'll learn all kinds of interesting new facts about "green" designing and if you want to know even more, the book is actually part of a bigger exhibition on environmental design at the Smithsonian. There are links in the book to the official exhibit website and other similar organizations. Also, the book gives you ideas on how you can help out in these organizations.
